Under which conditions the MoU have been inked between the Alberta Province of Canada and Punjab on the Memorandum of Understanding to work together cooperatively in sectors including post-secondary education, agriculture, agro- based industry and shell gas have not disclosed to the media by the the Deputy CM Sukhbir Singh Badal. What types of the works to be conducted under the MoU have also not explained in a press conference that has been started about two hours late from the fixed time 11AM at Istha Hotel. This shows the MoU inked between Sukhbir Badal the Deputy CM and Ed Stelmach, Premier of the Province of Alberta was totally secret and suspecter.
During the whole press conference Sukhbir only stress on the economical, educational and agricultural situation of the state and not disclosed the terms and conditions of the agreements about the different sectors in which the MoU signed. Which types of Agricultural technology would be exchanged, In education sectors which types of educational exchange program were be shared, In shell gas sector what types of work would be done, Under which conditions and agreement the Punjabi teacher from Punjab be sent to Canada have not explained during press conference.
Which types of profits would be gain by the Punjab state after implementing the MoU have also not explained by the Badal. Which Section of the state people would get the social, economical and other profits have not explained. How much revenue would be get by the Punjab, and how much economical condition of the state will uplift after this MoU have not explained by the Babal during press conference. When the media persons tried to ask the questions about the MoU and different issues of state economical and political situations, Badal denied to gave answer and leaved the chair. He has not expressed any view on the different hidden clauses of the MoU
