Youth Don't Run Behind Jobs : Bedi

Kiran  Bedi the first lady IPS of India, called the budding managers not to ran behind the jobs, make self help and self motivated groups and form big companies and also provide employment to the other youths.Bedi has been addressing the management and computer engineering student of different management colleges of district, in a technical buck up workshop, that has been organised in Hotel Mohan by the Amritsar Management Association under the banner of "Emerging Social Economic Challenges Before Young Managers". 
Bedi said, do not think about the mistakes of the others, create own way of development and make co operative organizations and work for the development and welfare of the country. India need intelligent youths now those would be helpful to make India super power.The intelligent  youth have been going  to the other countries and work there as servants, security guards and taxi drivers. It is time to remove the traditional system that created obstacles in the way of development of Indian youth added Bedi.
Bedi said Youth create now level of thinking, more and more depend on hard work and full fill the dream of development. It is time to need change the existing system and create new ideas for future development.Punjabi are not only brave persons, but hard  workers also, so the Punjabies took their good places in all fields in the world.Youths need to develop their skill according to the todays requirements added Bedi. Representatives of Amritsar Management Association Ashok Sethi, Arun Kapoor, Gulshan Sharma the President of Chandigarh Management Association, Dr RPS Bedi the joint registrar of Punjab Technical University  also expressed their views in the prrgramme. Bedi also visit SL Bhawans School and other institutions and delivered the motivated lectures for the students.
