Wearing the traditional Salwaar Kameez is now becoming a tedious job
for Amritsari Womenfolk as they are shifting to recent trendy outfits.
As per the upcoming season Amritsaris Diva are more keen for style
rather than protective themselves from the fogging cold season.
Tunic, Long Kurties, Kurta style long embroidery with denim leggings
has become a unanimous choice right from college girls to professors
and house-wives.
Kurta combined with leggings offer all what today’s women want -
traditional, trendy, style, decency and comfort, this was commonly
seen in winters. But now this is what traditional women want to
continue in winters as well. On the hand the office girls and ladies
want formal and stylish look at their office schedule, tunic is the
one which fulfills their requirements easily. Commenting on the same
Sarbjit Singh owner of sweet sixteen said, “Tunic, long Kurties are
highly in demand which usually are wear with denim leggings. Some
match up with the Kurtas, tunic and then wear. Denim range starts from
300-600 approximately which is becoming the hot favorites amongst all
the girls. Chiffon Kurties are also high in demand.”
Preparation for the upcoming season is ordinary done almost everywhere
but hustle bustle among the Amritsari Ladies has the greatest
priority. Favoring the comment Rishma Chawla a working lady said, “I
am fashion conscious and also like to be in trend, the reason being I
started the shopping from now onwards, and now have a great collection
of woolen Kurtas, Denim Jackets, Tunic. Out of which most preferable
is Tunic to wear as it fulfill the aspects, style and comfort.”
Condemning monotonous style, experimenting on new style is more
preferable to Amritsari Divas which has been started before the proper
arrival of the season. Sharing the style preference of girls this
season Radhika and Harpreet Singh Supervisor of Ladies section of big
life Ritu Wears said, “As per choice and demand of the customers, the
stocks of Kashmiri Kurtas and Stalls are bought. It is just they want
to experiment with new fashion as the handwork is done on the same.
Further Radhika added, “Tunic of all style like formal, party wear,
Casual, Full sleeves long shirts, Jackets, Cardigans, Shrugs are hot
favorites of all aged ladies. Apart from this pulover, the style in
which the t-shirts are tight from waist is also in demand.Jeaggings
are likely to be commonly seen nowadays as these are also becoming the
first choice of college goers to match up with their colorful
outfits.”
On the other hand some like the other state culture with could be
fulfilled this season via woolen Kashmiri Kurtas. Chetna Mahajan
Working lady said, “I really like Kashmiri culture and got really
happy when saw the cool collection of Kashmiri Kurtas and stalls with
handwork done on it. Other than this Chiffon Kurtas with legging also
gives the same look so I have a good collection of these for upcoming
season.”
