To provide more and more facilities to their customers Punjab State Power Corporation Limited(PSPCL) started the "Suwidha Center" at City Circle Hall Gate. Chief engineer of Border Zone Sandeep Singh Sandhu inaugurated the Suwidha Center. Sandhu announced another Suwidha Centers would be start next month at the power colony situated at Majitha road.
Sidhu said, PSPCL decided to provide all the facilities under one roof. so this Suwidha centers has been started. Electricity customers have no need to go behind the different officers for their work. In future customers would submit all the applications for any work at single window. Customers can submit their applications about different problems meet replacement, Bill problem, ant type of electrical complaint. Complaint against any employee and officers would also be submitted at on single window in future. On the spot the employees of Suwidha Center would give the dairy numbers of the complaint for the future reference, added Sandhu. Dupty Chief Engineer Balbeer Singh, Ishwar Das, Darshan Singh and other senior officers were also present this time
