HINDU ORGANIZATIONS SUBMIT MEMORANDUM TO cOMISSIONER

Activists of different Hindu Organisations submitted the memorandum to PS Sidhu the Commissioner of Amritsar Police against the orders of wear compulsory helmet inside the boundary of Municipal Corporation Amritsar.
Hindu organisations demanded the helmet should be compulsory, but it should be compulsory where its need
arises. Under the implementation of helmet orders, many
big crimes have been took
place in the city in last six months.
Rakesh Madan and Baldev Bhardwaj the leaders of Vishwa Hindu Parisher and Shiv Sena said in the inner and walled city there is huge traffic, there the two wheeler speed have to be slow there is no need of helmet. Helmet is needed on high way but there no two wheeler rider wears helmet.
To impose the compulsory helmet orders police has also adopted a prejudiced way . Leders of different organisations Ajay Seth, Harish Sharma, Jatinder Bawa, Jai Gopal Lalli, Sanjeev Khanna and Inderpal Arya, were also present.
