Just like army these militant Islamic groups also have overgrown and gone out of control. State might have been trying to prevent all this but it is hardly evident that any proper preventive measures have been taken. Some times it seems like it all planned and let every thing happened, so that there needs to spread hatred against these Jihadi groups among common masses because large section of Pakistani society has been supporting Jihadis. There may be secret agents planning behind all these suicide attacks. Some times these attacks are very well planned and sophisticated, may one group of retired and regulars in army have been behind all these attacks. These attacks would not have been excuted by civilians no matters how much they are trained. Army does have lot of jihadis in its ranks, it could be internal struggle among different army groups, they have been using these religious fanatics as human bombs. Judiciary let these Jihadis go free because it seems like police has been under pressure from some military personal or may be it is a network of all state and non state actors. Why it has been taken non serious until now, there is some thing behind all these events, there has not been single event like this without involvement of state elements, Hammer group to Jihadis state secret services has some role in it other wise they could have been taken preventive measures, also there has not been one big wing attack, only pooer masses have been targeted, so far there is no sign of stopping it nor any mercy is shown. Ruling class has been very badly failed, exposed, security agencies have not been under control of civilian Govt.
