Under the programme started by Inspector corporation Tarsem Singh Khalsa, to demolish the encroachments all over the town, has continously lead to agitations by the locals. Corporation today demolished the encroachments in the region of chownk Krori where people raised their voice against the corporation as well as regional MLA, Inderbir Singh Bhularia.
Local residents gathered and met Bhularia, who assured the people to talk to the corporation and try to make the programme a bit more flexible for the interest of the public at large.
Locals have complained biased demolision by the
corporation and a very rude path that the corporation has adopted to demolish the encroachments
